Day 1: Preparing for Birth

Focus: Third trimester, labour, and delivery

Postnatal Hub & Infant Massage

This is a space for you and your baby to rest, connect, and grow.

The midwife-led postnatal hub is a calm, supportive environment designed to meet you exactly where you are in your journey through early motherhood. Over the course of four enriching sessions (2–2.5 hours each), you’ll experience a blend of expert care, meaningful connection, and restorative practices. Because parenting is a shared journey, the postnatal hub is designed to support the whole family, so partners are always welcome to join.

Each session starts with an infant massage class, a beautiful way to bond with your baby while supporting their development.

Following the massage, we open the space for group-led discussions and gentle guidance. Each session explores a different topic and is thoughtfully designed to support you holistically.

Through dynamic and restorative somatic movement, breathwork, and guided awareness, we’ll explore the anatomy and emotional landscape of the pelvis and pelvic floor, unlocking pathways to strength, relaxation, and healing.

In this nurturing and informative space, you’ll gain insight into the intricate relationship between the pelvic floor and other key areas of your body.

Discover how life experiences, from menstruation to menopause, stress and birth, shape your connection to this vital center.

Whether you're seeking healing, insight, or deeper embodiment, this workshop offers a safe, empowering path to reconnect with your root.
